biggest Italian Insurance Company specialised in Maritime Hull and Machinery
Risks,
today is a branch of Assicurazioni Generali for transportation;
he has just been awarded in Shipping Business "Honoris Causa" at the

· Umberto D'Amato is one
Chief
Executive Officer.
Umberto is the Technical
Manager
of the fleet.
Naval Architect, he has matured a large experience in
the naval field,
both in his family company and by the appointment
of
various Ship Registries
in the world,
as independent surveyor.
Todate he is Board Member of RINA Spa, the Italian Ship Register,
he is
Vice President of Safety and Losses Advisory Committee of the Standard
Steamships Owners P&I Club.
He is member of the Napoli County Economic
Advisory Board, maritime transportation section, he has been
Vice President
of the Technical Advisory
Board of Confitarma.
Angelo D'Amato | Financial Manager
· Angelo D'Amato is the other Chief Executive Officer. Angelo is the
Financial Manager of the company. Graduated in Economics, he is a Business
Consultant.
He has developed a great experience in the financial management
of Shipping Companies, both within D'Amato Group and outside, working for
a
Bank as Corporate Manager.
He is member of the Board of Directors
of Confitarma, President of Finance
and Tax Advisory Committee of
Confitarma , Vice President of Fondo Nazionale
Marittimi, Member of the Board of Directors of Banca di Credito Popolare
di
Torre del Greco, Member of the Council of Intertanko, Lecturer of Financial
Management at University of Naples.
Angelo D'Amato has been formerly President of Young Shipowners Section

Confitarma, for 5 years up to 2002.
